2027 International Conference on Modern Learning and
Educational Technology (MLET) which is co-sponsored by The University of Osaka, Japan and IEEE will be held in Osaka, Japan
during August 8-10, 2027. MLET 2027 is a premier
global forum established in response to the rapid
transformation of education. It addresses the critical
integration of advanced technologies-such as artificial
intelligence, immersive media, and data analytics-into
learning environments, while also examining evolving
pedagogical models like personalized and hybrid
learning. The conference aims to tackle contemporary
challenges, including educational equity, digital
inclusion, and lifelong learning, by bringing together
educators, researchers, technologists, and policymakers
to share research, exchange innovative practices, and
collaboratively shape the future of education.

Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.
Selected conference papers will be invited to prepare extended version of conference paper to the following journal.
